1. Objective
This policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and procedures governing the engagement of Company Agents and Freelancing Agents associated with AB Infotech. The purpose is to ensure transparency, fair opportunity, and mutual growth between the company and its representatives.
2. Definitions
Company Agent: An individual or firm officially authorized by AB Infotech to represent, promote, and sell the company’s products/services within a defined region or sector.
Freelancing Agent: A self-employed representative who works independently on a non-exclusive basis to generate leads, bring clients, or promote AB Infotech services without a fixed employment agreement.
3. Eligibility
Must be 18 years or older.
Must possess basic knowledge of IT, digital marketing, or related field (preferably).
Should have a valid government ID proof and address proof.
Must sign an Agent Registration Form and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
4. Appointment Process
1. Interested candidates may directly visit the AB Infotech office for verification and submission of required documents.
2. Upon successful verification, an official Agent Authorization Letter will be issued.
3. Each agent will receive a unique Agent ID and be registered under the company system.
5. Role & Responsibilities
Agents are responsible for:
Promoting AB Infotech’s products and services ethically. Generating leads and assisting clients in onboarding. Maintaining good customer relations. Reporting sales or client updates to the company regularly. Following brand and communication guidelines issued by AB Infotech.
6. Commission & Payment Policy
Agents will earn commission or incentives based on successful business conversions. The percentage or amount will be defined in the Agent Agreement Form for each project. No fixed salary will be provided to freelancing agents. Commissions will be released within 15 working days after client payment realization.

7. Conduct & Compliance
Agents must not make any false claims, misrepresentation, or unauthorized commitments on behalf of AB Infotech. Misuse of company name, logo, or confidential data will result in immediate termination and possible legal action. Agents must comply with all company rules and local regulations. The percentage or amount will be defined in the Agent Agreement Form for each project. No fixed salary will be provided to freelancing agents. Commissions will be released within 15 working days after client payment realization.
8. Termination
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any agent without prior notice for:
Violation of policy
Misconduct or fraudulent activity
Non-performance for a continuous period of 60 days
9. Confidentiality
All agents must maintain confidentiality regarding client information, pricing, and company strategies both during and after the term of association.
10. Legal Standing
This policy does not create an employer–employee relationship.
Agents act as independent representatives.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
