COMPANY POLICY DOCUMENT :-

Applies to: All Employees (Full-time / Part-time / Contract)
1. INTRODUCTION
AB Infotech is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and productive workplace where every employee is valued. This policy outlines the standards of conduct, benefits, and responsibilities expected from all employees.
2. WORKING HOURS & ATTENDANCE
Regular working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Weekly Off: Sunday.
Special Annual Off: 31st December every year.
Employees are expected to be punctual and maintain regular attendance.
Any absence must be communicated to the reporting manager in advance or at the earliest possible time.
3. LEAVE POLICY
Annual Paid Leave: 12 days per calendar year (accrued monthly).
Casual Leave: 2 days per month (non-carry-forwardable).
All leave must be applied for and approved by the reporting manager.
Unused annual leave may be carried forward or encashed as per management discretion.
Unauthorized absence may lead to salary deduction or disciplinary action.
4. PROBATION & CONFIRMATION
All new employees shall be on probation for 4 months from the date of joining.
Upon satisfactory performance review, the employee will be confirmed in writing.
During probation, either party may terminate employment with 7 days’ notice or salary in lieu.
5. NOTICE PERIOD
After confirmation, the employee must serve a 30-day notice before resignation.
The company may waive or adjust the notice period at its discretion.
Failure to serve the full notice period may result in deduction of pay in lieu of notice.
6. CONDUCT & DISCIPLINE
Employees must maintain professional behaviour, integrity, and mutual respect at all times.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Employees shall not engage in political, religious, or personal solicitation within office premises.
Misconduct such as absenteeism, dishonesty, or insubordination may lead to disciplinary action up to termination.
7. DRESS CODE
Formal attire is mandatory during working hours and official meetings.
Employees should maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all times.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA SECURITY
All employees are bound to protect company and client information.
Disclosure of confidential data to outsiders without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Upon termination, employees must return all company assets and delete any company data stored personally.
9. USE OF COMPANY PROPERTY
Equipment such as laptops, mobile phones, and software are provided for official use only.
Installation of unauthorised applications or misuse of company internet/email is prohibited.
Employees are responsible for the care and security of company assets issued to them.
10. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION & SALARY DISBURSEMENT
Regular performance reviews will be conducted by reporting managers.
Promotions, increments, and incentives are based on performance, contribution, and conduct.
Constructive feedback will be shared to encourage personal and professional growth.
Note on Salary Disbursement: If any employee fails to achieve the assigned office targets within the stipulated time period, the management reserves the right to review and withhold the salary disbursement for that particular month.
Such extension or delay in salary processing may occur without prior clarification or separate intimation, as it will be subject to performance evaluation and management discretion.
Employees are therefore advised to ensure timely completion of their targets and maintain performance standards as set by the company to avoid any such delays.
11. HEALTH, SAFETY & CONDUCT
AB Infotech ensures a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
Employees must adhere to all safety protocols and immediately report hazards or incidents.
Consumption of alcohol or drugs on company premises is strictly forbidden.
12. ETHICS & ANTI-CORRUPTION
Employees shall act honestly and avoid conflicts of interest in all dealings.
Accepting or offering bribes, commissions, or personal favours related to company business is strictly prohibited.
13. GRIEVANCE & REDRESSAL
Employees are encouraged to discuss workplace concerns with their reporting manager or HR department.
The company is committed to resolving grievances fairly, confidentially, and promptly.
14. TERMINATION
Employment may be terminated for reasons including performance issues, policy violation, or misconduct.
Upon termination or resignation, the employee must:
Return all company property (laptop, ID card,Mobile, etc.).
Complete handover formalities.
Clear all dues before receiving final settlement.
15. AMENDMENT OF POLICY
AB Infotech reserves the right to amend or update this policy as necessary.
Employees will be notified of any significant changes.
16. EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I, ____________________________, Employee ID ________________, acknowledge that I have received, read, and understood the AB Infotech Employee Policy Document. I agree to abide by all company rules and policies.
